Get Pre-Qualified

  • All prime subcontractors must be pre-qualified

  • Pre-qualification occurs through TradeTapp via Building Connected

  • Step 1: Complete the Trade Contractor Interest Form

    Complete Clark/Frampton’s Trade Contractor Interest Form (TCIF) to provide an overview of your company and capabilities.

  • Step 2: Introduction

    Our Subcontractor Development Group will review your information and send an invite via TradeTapp to complete our SQA.

  • Step 3: Pre-Qualification Review

    Our Subcontractor Development Group will review applications and compile a list of qualified bidders.

    Interested bidders and Clark/Frampton will maintain ongoing communication regarding opportunities to budget and/or bid on 334 Calhoun and CCH.
